Tracking SpaceX Transporter-15
First RF downlink signals acquired from a busy SpaceX Transporter-15 launch today! 🛰🛰🛰〰📡
On board of this mission today were 140 payloads, of which 110 spacecraft were deployed this evening on Orbit 1 & 2. This is certainly one of the most RF-busy rideshare launches we have tracked so far! 📷
The images show a very busy s-band and UHF downlink spectrum as received by one of our tracking stations in Europe on Orbit 2. All payloads were deployed shortly before, and many spacecraft can be seen active already.
💡 Did you know that our tracking and sensor stations are ideally located to support these Transporter missions? We have several high elevation passes during and after payload deployments, allowing us to quickly acquire, receive and start tracking dozens of spacecraft.
To date, we have supported all 15 Transporter missions – and we continue to track all of them – collecting tracking measurements and offering ground station & tracking support services to satellite operators during those early critical weeks. 🚀 🚀
Are you a satellite operator looking for support with keeping track of your spacecraft, receiving its RF downlinks or performing object identification?
Then get in touch – whether you need urgent support or are planning ahead for an upcoming mission. We’ll be happy to support you.
